In short, as long as the dessert you chose as a reward is not rich in refined sugars and has the right amount of proteins and healthy carbohydrates (those obtained from fruit and whole grains), you can be sure that the dessert can work as a post-workout snack!
Knowing how much and what kind of food you need after a workout depends on so many factors - age, weight, gender, intensity, duration, and type of exercise, just to name a few. That said, if you've been doing moderate-intensity cardio for about 30 minutes, for example, a good post-workout snack will have around 150 - 250 calories, at least 10 - 15 grams of protein, plus some healthy carbohydrates.

- 2 medium ripened bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen,
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt,
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter.
Once this is done, using a food processor, mix all the ingredients, scraping the sides from time to time, until a smooth and fluffy paste is formed. In general, it will be enough for you to work in this way, with the robot, for about 1 minute.
Then, freeze for 15 minutes before serving. If there is any leftover mixture, keep it frozen for later use!
The nutrients of this simple recipe are really interesting:

Yogurt and blueberry
The second recipe for a sweet fitness we want to offer you is based on yogurt and blueberry.
For one serving get:
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt,
- 1 teaspoon of honey,
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen),
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened chopped coconut,
- 5 almonds, coarsely chopped.
The procedures to achieve this sweet fitness, as you can imagine, are very easy!
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture on parchment paper in a container in a thin, even layer. On top, add the blueberries, coconut and almonds. Cover and freeze until the mixture reaches a solid state.
At this point break the mixture and keep in the freezer until you want to consume it!

Greek yogurt berry tart
Let's change the regime a little with a splendid one berry tart, probably one of the healthiest and tastiest summer desserts! Made with a gluten-free crust, a creamy Greek yogurt filling and plenty of fresh berries to flavor it all, it's incredibly easy to make and has a flavor that will please all your diners.
As for the tart, the mixture is made without gluten and without cereals, because it is made with almond flour and crystallized ginger! After cooking, the consistency will be that of a golden brown and crunchy, and can therefore be an excellent base for the sweet and creamy filling of Greek yogurt.
Then add the fresh berries and you will have a really yummy dessert, tasty and full of healthy fats, proteins and nutrients thanks to fresh fruit. In short, a great example of how healthy desserts can be beautiful and tasty, right?
